STEELHAUS Modular Housing Co.
STEELHAUS designs and manufactures steel modular housing at our own plant — frames, panels, joinery, wiring and plumbing all under one roof. That means we control the schedule and you deal with one supplier instead of five.
Since 2013
We started in 2013 building site accommodation for contractors. The order book moved to permanent housing, then to hotels and clinics, and the factory grew with it.
Today the plant runs a single frame standard across every model, so a spare panel from one unit fits another. Buyers get shorter lead times and cheaper spares over the life of the building.
We export under our own name and as an OEM partner. Either way the engineering, the test reports and the after-sales parts come from the same team.

- Wind, snow and seismic loads engineered to your local code before production.
- Container loading plans, export documents and after-sales parts handled in-house.
